Tableau Sankey chart diagram is a visualization used to depict a flow from one set of values to another. The things being connected are called nodes and the connections are called links. Sankey's is best used when you want to show a many-to-many mapping between two categorical dimensions.
This article provides an overview of customer navigating path between, Fruit & Vegetables Category Products > Fresh Guarantee > Number of clicks for the Fresh Guarantee > Items ordered. within an application.

The above Sankey diagram provides an information of how users are ordering items based on the freshness guarantee.
Explanation :
First stacked bar indicates the set of products from Fruit & Vegetables category.
The second stacked bar indicates the Freshness guarantee associated to the products.
And the third stacked bar chart provides an information of user clicks on Freshness guarantee attribute.
Final stacked bar chart shows the number of orders received from the total number of user clicks.
The above example interprets that, Customers are buying more carrots which are having high freshness guarantee. We can analyze this behavior for multi-buy promotions products to check the price insensitive customers.
